I know that entry on property located at 1st Floor at JFK Enterprise Centre, John F Kennedy Rd., Bluebell, Dublin (known as Think Punk Studios) (Premises) is at my own risk. Assumption of Risk: Entrance to the Premises carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. I hereby assert that my participation is voluntary and that I knowingly assume all such risks. I assume all risks associated with entry, including but not limited to falls, contact with other people, the effects of weather, including high heat and/or humidity, the conditions of the paved and unpaved areas of the Premises, facilities and equipment, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. The undersigned acknowledges, agrees and represents that she or he has, or immediately upon entering or participating will, inspect and carefully consider the premises, facilities, equipment and the intended activities. It is further warranted that such entry into the Subject Premises for observation or use of any facilities or equipment or participation in any activities constitutes an acknowledgement that such premises and all facilities and equipment thereon and such activities have been inspected and carefully considered and that the undersigned finds and accepts same as being safe and reasonably suited for the purpose of such observation, use or participation or, if not safe and reasonably suited, voluntarily assumes risk of such observation, use or participation. Waiver: In consideration of being permitted to enter Premises and use the facilities and equipment, I, for myself, my heirs, children and persons to who I am in loco parentis, personal representatives and assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge Take Your Seats Limited trading as Think Punk Studios, his employees, servants, agents or volunteers from any and all claims or liabilities including but not limited to personal injury, accidents or illnesses (including death), and property loss due to the negligence of the said Take Your Seats Limited trading as Think Punk Studios his employees, servants, agents or volunteers, resulting in personal injury, accidents or illnesses (including death), and property loss and covenant not to issue proceedings against the said Take Your Seats Limited trading as Think Punk Studios his employees, servants, agents or volunteers, for personal injury, accidents or illnesses (including death) and property loss arising from, but not limited to, entry to Premises and use the facilities and equipment. Indemnification and Hold Harmless: I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Take Your Seats Limitedtrading as Think Punk Studios his employees, servants, agents or volunteers from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, howsoever arising, under statute or common law, and related to my entry to the Premises. Severability: The undersigned further expressly agrees that the foregoing waiver of liability and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. Occupiers Liability Act 1995: The Occupier of this Premises, Take Your Seats Limited trading as Think Punk Studios, given the nature, character and activities of these premises hereby, in accordance with section 5(2) of the Occupiers Liability Act 1995 excludes the duty of care towards visitors / entrants under section 3 of the Act. Any claims and litigation of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising out entry to the Premises shall be brought before the Courts in Ireland and under Irish Law. THIS DOCUMENT RELIEVES TAKE YOUR SEATS LIMITED TRADING AS THINK PUNK STUDIOS HIS EMPLOYEES, SERVANTS, AGENTS OR VOLUNTEERS FROM LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, WRONGFUL DEATH, AND PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE.

I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND UNDERSTAND THAT I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING MY RIGHT TO ISSUE PROCEEDINGS. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM REGISTERING WITH THINKPUNK WITH THE AGREEMENT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY AND INTEND BY MY REGISTRATION TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ANY AND ALL LIABILITY.
